Snail Media & Management is an independent Australian management agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, or any other adult social or subscription platform named on this site. Platform names appear only as examples of where creators may already work.

4. No earnings guarantee

Nothing on this website is a promise, forecast, or guarantee of income, subscriber growth, or business results. Outcomes depend on the creator, the market, platform rules, and many factors outside Snail’s control. Past performance of any creator is not an indicator of future results for you.

5. Applications are not contracts

Submitting an application starts a conversation only. It does not create a management or employment relationship, and it does not oblige Snail to offer services. Any engagement starts only when both parties sign a separate written agreement.

6. Accurate information

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit another person’s personal information without their authority.

7. Acceptable use

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in NSW have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
